Arrival and departure

At arrival in apartment, at time of the delivery of keys, at guest he’s required to pay the full balance of price. With the full payment, at guest is required to pay a caution of amount Euro 350,00, in cash or guarantee with credit card number. That caution will be give back at departure, after give-back keys and the check of the apartment.

The guest he will comunicate the arrival time minimun a day before of arrival, and however, should be from 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In the case the arrival time will be after 07:00 p.m. (max 11 pm), the Guest will have to pay an extra charge of 25,00 euro. Departure time will be max 10:00 o’clock a.m.
