Bed & Breakfast located in independent apartment at the ground floor of a private house with separate entrance from the gate of entry. The apartment of 40 sqm. consists of a nice kitchen, large bedroom with 4 beds (on request we can provide 5 bed or baby bed), bathroom with shower. You enter through a gate and there is an independent private small garden outside. The apartment, newly fully renovated, is equipped with standard comfort comparable to a hotel of optimal level.

Among the services available to guests include:

The Bed & Breakfast is located in a very comfortable location for those wishing to make a vacation in Venice and surroundings, especially for those arriving by car. The property is located in Favaro Veneto (Mestre) which is the neighborhood of the Venetian mainland closest to the historical center of Venice. With us is included in the price also parking space within the precincts of the house with automatic gate and the customer will have entry and exit at will with the car at the times you most desire.

Venice as that is very close. To visit the most convenient way is to take the public bus that passes about every 10 minutes and the bus stop is 10 meters from the house. The bus takes about 15 minutes to get to Venice and runs from 4.30 am until one o'clock at night, tickets are on sale at several shops nearby. Moreover, the location is convenient for visiting the famous and beautiful places in Veneto, for example, the Brenta Riviera with its villas to 15-minute drive, Lake Garda hour drive, the amusement park Gardaland a hour drive, one hour drive to Verona, Padua and 30 minutes by car, the famous beaches like: Jesolo to 30 minutes to 40 minutes Caorle, Lignano an hour, Bibione etc.. We can give many good restaurants near us for lunch. We are also near the international airport M. Polo in Venice Mestre train station and especially the "Venice Casino" which is only 6 km from the B & B and is also reachable by public bus.

One possible route to a one-week vacation could be the following:

• Day 1 (evening): Arrival
• Day 2: Visit to Venice
• Day 3: Visit to Venice
• Day 4: visit to the islands around Venice: Murano, Burano, Torcello, Giudecca, S. Michele etc..
• Day 5: Visit to Padova: Basilica of St. Anthony, the Scrovegni Chapel, packages and spa Euganee, etc..
• Day 6: Visit to Verona: Lake Garda, Arena of Verona, Gardaland, etc..
• Day 7: Visit to the Riviera del Brenta and its villas: Mira, Dolo, Stra etc.. or visit the beaches during the summer Venice: Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, etc..
• Day 8 (morning): departure.
