BOOKING, How to book (Terms and Condition)

To book, you need to send an email or fill the booking form, confirming the required information including the address and the telephone number. You will also need to secure you the reservation by paying in advance for 20% of amount. This can be done by credit card tansfer through PayPal http://www.paypal.com, or comunicate your credit card detail for fax, phone or e-mail.

It is also kindly requested to inform about the approximate time of arrival and eventual delays.

Before proceeding with the booking , please read carefully the following Cancellation Policy.

By booking through this website you accept the Policy as follows

Cancellation Policy:

1. 14 days before, there is nothing to pay
2. from 7 to 13 days before then 1 night must be paid
3. from 7 to 1 day before then 50% of total amount must be paid
4. the same day or NO SHOW! then the total sum must be paid

In agreement with the article n.10 of Italian Law 675/96, the "BB Venice Apartments" declares that:

1. the responsible of the treatment of the collected data is: BB Venice Apartments, Venice , Italy;

2. the collected data is necessary only for the activation of the reservation of the rooms;

3. customers are protected by the article n.13 of Law 675/96;

4. our website does not use cookies;

5. the "BB Venice Apartments" do not sell or give the collected personal data to other physical or legal entities;

6. with reference to the transmitted data, the Customer is able to exercise the rights expressed in the article n. 13 Law 675/96 (access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition etc.) addressing their action to those responsible of the treatment of the data;

7. with the completion of the reservation form, the Customer declares to have read and understood the terms and regulations and expressed consent to the communication of personal data and to their treatment for the purposes indicated in the regulations, being aware that, in defect of given consent and in the case of assessed inaccuracy of the communicated information, the demand will not be satisfied.
