Our rooms offer every kind of service comparable to a resort perfect level: will be available approximately 30 square meters of space with double bed, a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, a kitchen with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee, a comfortable table with 4 chairs and everything you need for up to 4 people.

The entrance is personal and directly accessible from outside 24 hours a magnetic card 24, security is guaranteed by triple-lock locking operated from inside.

Breakfast

The Bed and Breakfast Venice offers breakfast in the formula "self-contained, because you will not be disturbed and do breakfast time you will more comfortable. Each day we will prepare everything needed for a continental breakfast that consume the next day and where there will be, butter, jam, chocolate, biscuits, pastries, biscuits, espresso and American coffee, milk, fruit juice, yoghurt, still water and carbonated water table obtained from the river Sile further purified with reverse osmosis systems. Arrivals, departures and schedules

The Bed and Breakfast Eco Venice offers its guests the ultimate in flexibility, no time, no curfew, private access any time, apartment ready to ideal temperature at all times.

Have regulated the arrival, departure, and of course cleaning but no problem!...if you want to skip sleep daily cleaning, no one will disturb and delivered breakfast in the afternoon.

• Departure time: up to 10.00 am
• Cleaning Hours: from 10.00 to 12.00

Other times can be arranged prior to arrival, and for longer stays, including daily cleaning.

If requested and with little contribution we can offer consistent with our ability to transfer from the airport, railway station.

The Bed and Breakfast

The premises of the Bed and Breakfast Eco Venice, are a ground floor and two on the second floor of our house. The rooms on the second floor are easily accessible from three short flights of stairs lighted outdoor and protected for easy transport of luggage on the floor have to request a convenient elevator.

At the end of the first flight of stairs you will find a large terrace with relaxing area of half the town, with the possibility for those who want to relate with the owners and other guests of the Bed and Breakfast.

Then you find the rooms along a corridor after which you will find a large terrace on the second floor where you'll find an outdoor area at your own use and also where you can relax and eat outside on nice days. For the apartment on the ground floor this space is located just opposite the apartment.

Bus stops to and from Venice are facing housing in the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops and restaurants with Italian and Venetian specialties of all kinds, the owners will provide plan, schedules, detailed instructions and good advice for all your requirement.

Access by road is always operated with an automatic gate with the code provided.
